Hey guys. This is my new blog. You better add it to your blog list, because you know you want to keep up on the latest and greatest. Oops. I pooped my pants. Peace out.
As you're learning about your bowels, Scarlett, you'll find that there are precursors and signs that your poop is preparing to leave your body. These signs usually begin at least 15 minutes before your body expells the excrement forcefully. Some signs include pressure around the rectum, or a feeling of movement in your lower abdomen. If all else fails, you can usually plan to be on the toilet 20 minutes after you ingest high fiber foods such as fruit, vegetables, or whole wheat grains. The only exception to this sound reasoning is projectile diarreah. But really, how often does that happen?
